As a Sales Correspondent you will be responsible for providing the link between the customer and the company for prices, product information, availability, despatch information and taking of orders.
The role will cover a range of tasks including:
Answering telephone call, emails and faxes from customers requiring assistance.
Providing the customer with quotations for the company’s products
Maintaining project and customer records on the CRM system
Processing orders placed and progress if requested to do so
Dealing with customer returns and goods returns agreements
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with strong administration, telephone and customer service skills.
